Summary

At AGEERA, we are not just keeping up with the energy revolution—we are driving it. As a dynamic, fast-growing global tech company, we are changing the rules of the traditional energy market through advanced AI platforms and large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). We build, manage, and connect VPP and EMS infrastructure, creating a new, cost-effective, and fast-paced energy market.

This rapid growth requires a finance department as precise and robust as the technology we build. If you are looking for a role where accuracy and rigorous financial management meet a dynamic, global tech environment, and you want to be part of the financial foundation driving Israel’s smart energy revolution, your place is with us.

We are seeking a precise, responsible Senior Bookkeeper (Level 2+3) who knows how to manage day-to-day bookkeeping through to the trial balance and feels right at home in a fast-paced, global environment. This role serves as the financial backbone of the company's daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accounting processes run accurately and on time—from processing vendors and customers, handling payments and reconciliations, to supporting month-end and year-end closes and working with auditors.

  • Intercompany Accounting: Conduct intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across related entities.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit reports to tax authorities (VAT, tax withholdings, etc.).
  • Financial Close & Audit: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare audit schedules/materials for external accountants.
  • Systems: Work extensively with Priority ERP and other financial tools.
  • Banking Operations: Communicate and manage day-to-day operations with international banks regarding payments, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams in Israel and abroad.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and liaise with external payroll providers.
  • Financial Infrastructure: Actively participate in building financial processes and infrastructure as part of the company's growth.
